Even just typing the word CAR-DI-O is daunting at the moment! lol Lately it seems that this is the part of the competition prep that I am quite often DREADINGGGG.
..Well actually eating tasteless meals is pretty daunting as well but it is the CARDIO that is taking over my life!
I’ve always been a huge fan of running, cycling, swimming, hiking ..and don’t get me wrong I still am but seriously I never imagined I would get to the point to have to roll my eyes at the thought of “ANOTHER run” but it is part of this whole losing body fat quickly to be ready for stage thing so it has to be done!! NO EXCUSES!
